Jeff Wilbee inspires his audiences to change. Over his career in addictions and community corrections he has witnessed countless changed lives. Jeff believes that all of us are in need of Discovering our Recovery. He advances that the essence of life is to grow as a person; socially, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. He brings to every speaking engagement not just theory but includes stories from his own life journey of recovery.

Why The Feather? 

Feathers are not only the plumage of birds that of all creatures can rise to the greatest of heights; they are the means by which great heights can be reached. The flight feather, in the logo, is needed for the generation of both thrust and lift thereby achieving flight. 

Various birds and their plumages serve as cultural icons throughout the world and time, from the hawk in ancient Egypt to the bald eagle in the United States. The eagle feather is a sacred icon of North American First Nations, since the Eagle can reach the greatest heights and thereby become closest to the creator. 

The power of words was enhanced in medieval times with the creation of the writing tool: the quill. The quill was of course a flight feather. Jeff Wilbee is a words master both in his spoken and written word. He is dedicated to assisting people reach their greatest heights. Therefore, the feather is the ideal symbol for his life’s work.
